If you forget your davo password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your username or email address, and we'll send a password-reset link to your registered email.
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the email from davo. Click the reset link, which will take you to a page where you can create a new password. Make sure your new password is strong—use uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Once you've set your new password, return to the login page and sign in with your username and the new password. If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, contact our support team for help.
You can adjust your account preferences in the Settings section of your davo profile. Here you can update your email, phone number, language preference, and notification settings. You can also enable two-factor authentication for extra security.
If you need to pause your account temporarily, contact our support team. We can help you suspend your account for a set period. During suspension, you won't be able to log in or place bets, but your balance will remain safe.
For permanent account closure, you can request this through Settings or by contacting support. We'll process your request and return any remaining balance to your registered payment method within the standard review window.
Payments and transactions
davo supports deposits via multiple payment methods, each with its own range. E-wallets like DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment typically allow deposits from a small minimum (often around our welcome offer) up to several million rupiah per transaction. e-wallet transfers follow similar ranges.
Bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet virtual accounts also support flexible ranges, usually from our welcome offer to several million per transfer. The exact limits depend on your bank and payment provider.
You can check the current deposit ranges for each method in the Deposit section of your davo account. If you need to deposit a larger amount, you can make multiple transactions. Contact support if you have questions about limits or payment options.
Withdrawal requests on davo are processed in the order they are received. The review window depends on your payment method and the time of day you submit your request. Most withdrawals are reviewed within a few hours during business hours, though processing may take longer during peak times or weekends.
Once your withdrawal is approved, the funds are sent to your payment method. E-wallet transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) typically arrive within minutes. Bank transfers to local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking may take a few hours to a business day, depending on your bank.
You can track your withdrawal status in the Transactions section of your davo account. If your withdrawal is delayed, contact our support team with your transaction ID.
Games and features
Yes, davo offers demo mode for many of our games. Demo mode lets you play with virtual credits so you can learn the rules and features without risking real money. This is a great way to get familiar with slot games like Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways.
To access demo mode, look for the "Play Demo" or "Try for Free" button on the game page. You'll be given a set amount of virtual credits to use. Your demo balance resets each time you close the game, so you can practice as much as you like.
Demo mode is not available for live-dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) or sports betting, as these require real-time interaction. For those games, you'll need to deposit and play with real funds.

Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. The more you play on davo, the faster you'll climb the tiers and unlock greater rewards. Tier status is recalculated monthly based on your activity.

Our davo support team is available via live chat during business hours. You can access live chat directly from your account or through the Help section of the app. Chat hours are typically 9 AM to 11 PM (Jakarta time), seven days a week.
If you contact us outside business hours, your message will be queued and answered by our team as soon as they return. For urgent issues, you can also email our support address, which is monitored regularly.
Response times are usually quick during peak hours. If you're waiting for a response, you can check your message history in the Support section of your davo account.
Keeping your davo account secure is important. Start by using a strong, unique password—avoid common words or personal information. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an extra layer of protection.
Never share your login details with anyone, and always log out when you finish playing, especially on shared devices. Be cautious of phishing emails or messages claiming to be from davo—we never ask for your password via email or chat.
If you notice suspicious activity on your account, change your password immediately and contact our support team. We take security seriously and will help you investigate any unauthorized access.
